Donald Marquez is an American comic book artist. He was born in Sacramento, California. In the 1980s, he worked as a contributor for Dark Horse Presents, and Apple Comics.
In 2002, he self-published issue one of his comic book series, titled “Fantastic Stories”. He collaborated with Todd Farmer and Tom Jane to create “Alien Pig Far 3000” for Image Comics in 2007.

My parents encouraged me or tried to discourage me. I didn’t grow up and my abilities as an artist grew like a weed.
Your influences are varied when you look at the work of others
I am a papier-mache artist. I have also been a musician and created bands.
What do you think about music?
I don’t have time to be involved in any music anymore. It was not meant to be like that music. I was also a member The Lizards in the 80s. They were a punk band that was straight forward. They were not angry or politically oriented, but they had more fun.
